First Time to TCY

What should I do to prepare for my first ride:

Set-up for success!

We're so excited to have you join us! You'll want to arrive about 15 minutes before class time, hydrated, and ready to sweat! You'll check in at our front desk and get fitted for your bike. Remember, you are in control of your ride and how much resistance you ride with our coaches will encourage you to listen to your body, while pushing you out of comfort zones. You will get stronger and more confident with every class you take! We are a judgement-free zone, clip-in and enjoy the ride!

What to wear and what about shoes?

Put your best foot forward:

Our new bikes are equipped with cages, SPD compatible pedals, and Delta clips. If you do not have cycling shoes you can wear your normal gym sneakers. Have a Peloton? Your shoes are welcome here!

Why clip-in? Clipping into the bike allows the rider to transfer power efficiently with each pedal stroke, plus move out of the saddle and sprint safely. We are partnered with TIEM and sell their cycling shoes in house, check out our store and ask for more information!

Let's sweat!

You'll want to wear clothes you are comfortable in and are made for sweat. Leggings, shorts, fitted bottoms are perfect ! We also sell comfortable and stylish TCY branded clothing for both men and women! Check out our fun selection of apparel and accessories

New Bikes:

We ride on top of the line Spinner bikes, for a smooth and consistent ride every time. 20 bikes are available for booking, we encourage riders who attend more than 1 class a week to ride in cycling shoes and clip into our bikes.

Parking, walking distance from downtown:

There is plenty of Parking in our lot, you'll want to use the same access point as the distillery. Our building is buzzing with awesome businesses and we are in walking distance to the downtown eateries, shops, community events and the best Pittston City has to offer.

Bathrooms, Lockers, temperature controlled spaces, shoe rentals + more

Booking Policies:

What is your Cancellation/No show policy? :

Our cancellation & no show policies are designed to allow as many customers as possible to enjoy class. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before class time will be deemed a late cancellation and class may be forfeited for those using a class pass. We charge $10 for cancellations after our 3 hour window.

For any no call/no show occurrences there is a a fee of $15.

We encourage you to reach out to the studio directly in the case of emergent situations. Booking window closes at the start of class

What is your late policy:

Class will begin promptly, we will allow riders a 5 minute grace period once class has started to jump in, after that it is considered a late cancel or a no show. You may contact the studio if you are a few minutes late.

How does waitlist work?

If class is full we encourage you to jump onto the waitlist there is always a chance that a spot opens up! You will be notified via the app if a spot opens for you to book.

Can I invite a friend ?

Sweating together is always better! Friends will still need to register individually online and book their own bike. invite your friends on the app!
