We hit high gear in our cycling classes - using music + movement to push past any challenge cued up. Our high energy ride brings together music, movement, and heartwork in just 45 minutes. In our classic ride expect to be pushed past your limits by our dynamic coaches. They will lead you through a workout that will motivate you on and off the bike. You'll feel it all here - inspiring sprints, heart pumping hills, and an arm toning weight track.
Open to all levels, modifications always encouraged
Similar to "The Ride" but swifter. 30 minutes of heart pumping music, featuring fast sprints, heavy hills and high intensity intervals. Arm track may make an appearance.
Quick, spicy, and always worth it
A cycle session followed by a body strengthening workout that will leave you feeling strong and proud. Class is concluded with a restorative cool down. Expect to use body weight, dumbbells, and more!
Get ready to sweat heavy and work hard on the bike and then move on to light up those abdominals in the strength room.
Bursts of power and arm tracks give your arms and legs a test of endurance and strength in this ride.
This modality is all about using your body as the machine. No external resistance, just gravity. We use TRX to develop strength, mobility, balance, core stabilization, and flexibility.
